     Model FZL2 numerical control powder-filling machine is the fourth generation production , which is developed by our company, it is one of the main machine for pharmaceutical company producing antibiotics. This machine with automatically finish conveying medical vials, fix volume separate filling powder, suitable for antibiotic glass vials for diameter of 16-32.

      The machine with microcomputer numerical control technology, filling volume will be fully adjustable, maximum filling volume(Penicillin potassium, capacity: 100 b/min) can reach to 2g, powder filling crew is driven by stepping motor directly, rotating speed of stepping motor (0~99 degree) adjustable not stop. Controlling system with the function of parameters memory when power-off, no bottle no filling, shell touched inspection. Main motor adopts frequency transducer adjust speed, main motor choose high-accuracy cam scale division intermittence structure, high accuracy orientation, low noise, powder conveying mode is screw push .
